Home Organizing:
What is your “clutter quotient;” your ability to tolerate clutter? How easy is it for you to ignore the piles of paper on the kitchen counters and your desk? How much does it bother you to see your shoes and boots piled in a heap on the floor of your closet? How inconvenient is it when you need to clear a path through the garage or laundry room over and over? When we are busy rushing from one place to another we often become “clutter blind.” But now that we have spent weeks confined to our homes and home offices, we notice things we didn’t notice before. Things that bothered us just a little bit before bother us a whole lot more now. So how did this situation get so out of hand? Clutter is the result of delayed decisions; procrastinating on where something belongs results in the ”JFN” syndrome. When you put something in a place “just for now” it too frequently “lives” there permanently. Your “stuff” builds up over the years leading to another chronic syndrome “TMS,” too much stuff. We are all dealing with a “new normal” in every aspect of our lives. I can help you create a “new normal” in your home or home office; a “new normal;” a space that is more functional, efficient, orderly, attractive. I can help you feel more in control by eliminating the chaos and replacing it with calm and serenity. Let’s have a conversation before the neighbors see you sticking your head out the window screaming, “I can’t live like this anymore!” I can help. Call me and let’s have a conversation. 215-300-5543.
