Before After Before After Problem: Denise is in the publishing business and her office had a lot of paper all over the place. She had bought organizing accessories but didn’t know how to use. Her advertising, marketing and office supplies were all mixed together. The section of her office that was used to store her children’s school and art supplies was also a mess.
Solution: We purged as much paper as we could and filed the rest. We used her existing organizing accessories so she could more easily access what she used most frequently. We categorized, purged, and containerized her children’s supplies so they didn’t constantly interrupt Denise while she was working. Result: Denise and her children were able to find what they needed quickly and easily. When Denise attends marketing events she can easily pack and unpack her promotional and advertising supplies.
